Event Dates:
- Kickoff: Friday January 2nd
- Warm Up + Get Ready: 6:30
- Competition Starts: 7:30pm
- Semi Finals: Friday, 3/13 – limited to 20 contestants
- Finals: Friday, 3/20
Qualification Details:
- Hosted by DJ PHANTOM
- Contest runs Friday, January 2nd – March 20th
- 8 weeks of qualifications, 2 contestants advance per week (16 finalists)
- Up to 4 wild cards may be added (max 20 semi-finalists)
- Semi-finals: Friday, 3/13 – limited to 20 contestants
- Finals: Friday, 3/20 – 10 finalists compete; judges narrow to 3; those 3 perform again before a final grand prize winner is chosen for $5,000
Winner Determination:
- Weekly Winners: Audience cheers decide the winners during qualification rounds, encouraging participants to bring friends and family.
- Kick-off and/or Finals: Judged by local celebrity guest judges for a professional and exciting finish.
